The short version: we hold your email address and what you have bought. That is close to all of it.
What we store
Your email address, the orders attached to it, which worlds you own, and the courses you have generated. That is what makes your account work — it is how a sheet you made last month is still there next time you sign in.
We do not store a password, because there is not one. Signing in sends a link to your email; the link works once and expires in fifteen minutes.
Payments
Payment is handled entirely by Shopify. We never see your card number — it does not pass through this site at all. Shopify tells us an order was paid and which email placed it, and that is what we act on.
We send you two kinds of message: a sign-in link when you ask for one, and a note when a course you asked for is ready. We do not send marketing and you are not on a list.
Tracking
There are no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels and no analytics scripts on this site. Nothing follows you to other websites.
Children
The game is for children; the account is for the adult who bought it. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child, and there is nothing in the product that asks a child for information.
Getting it deleted
Email hello@sunnyheartsclub.com and we will delete your account and everything attached to it. We keep order records where we are required to for tax purposes, and nothing more.
